Only recently completed and on the market because the owners have decided to leave London altogether, this boat is beautifully finished and it's immediately apparent that it was designed by someone that has an eye for detail. Poplar Dock is a fantastic community of boaters and well situated just to the east of Canary Wharf with great transport links as well as available parking for residents (£600p.a.). Current mooring fees are £11,670 per annum approx. The marina charge a 7.5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to transfer the mooring to the new owner.
