This is a lovely example of the well respected Elton Moss Wide Beam design, that has been very well maintained and has just been re-painted and blacked and is presently on the hard but not at her home marina. She lives in a lovely marina near Lancaster with many facilities and WiFi which is available to go with the boat if needed. The owners and have lived on her from new but are now moving back onto land.
Entering through the rear companionway you come down into the well fitted galley with plenty of storage space, separate fridge and freezer, full size cooker, microwave and 4 piece glass dining room table and chairs.
The saloon area has a large corner bed settee that opens out into another king size bed, Hamlet wood burner, 2 x central heating radiators, duck hatch and again plenty of storage space.
The large bathroom has a full size shower, washing machine in a storage unit, chrome heated radiator and electric Thetford cassette toilet with spare cassette.
The master suite has a king size bed, triple built-in wardrobes and 2 x single wardrobes. Fitted overhead storage, radiator, TV and access out into the cratch area.
