Boatshed Lancashire are pleased to present this 2013 60' x 13' Burscough that will need a little attention. The hull was blacked 5 years ago but she is in need of blacking again and the hull above the waterline needs wire brushing and ideally backing above the waterline also. The top sides could do with a new paint job but that is a personal choice. The owner has not lived on the boat for a while and will get the boat emptied asap and then she can be cleaned properly inside. Unfortunately the owner now lives at the other end of the country so getting the boat ready is not an easy process for him. The owner had her built to his own layout and kitchen had the owner fitted and Burscough fitted everything else. If the boat was in perfect condition she would be on the market for £130,000 in todays market.
I have added a layout plan in the pictures but as you come in through the stern you have the electric cupboard on the port side and then you arrive in the huge open plan living space with a settee, lounge chair and TV. There is a large central dining table and then the kitchen is fitted on either side of the boat along with a Duck Hatch.
As you move down the aisle you have the shower room and heads on the starboard side with a full size shower, electric toilet, heated chrome towel rail, ceramic wash basin and storage. Opposite and on the port side is the walk-in wardrobe with fitted storage etc.
Finally you arrive in the very large bedroom with the water tank under the bed, wall lights and a radiator. BSC until Nov 25’
Please note that there is no wood burner on this boat. The small burner that can be seen in the pics belongs to someone else and would be too small for use on this boat.
