Boatshed London are delighted to offer this newly finished 59ft Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring.
Commissioned by the current owners specifically for this mooring, this Collingwood 59x12 boat has been finished to a very high standard with uprated kitchen appliances, bath and far more storage than you'll find on a standard Collingwood fit out.
The dimensions themselves also offer a clever benefit of being in a lower mooring fee bracket than the other comparable boats on the market. Current mooring fee is £8,700 per annum roughly as the boat is exempt from VAT.
The open plan galley and living area has space for two large sofas, a kitchen table and chairs and the galley is equipped with Smeg gas hob and oven and dishwasher. Plenty of light on offer from the side hatch, skylight and portholes that all have custom made blinds.
The bathroom has an electric heads into a holding tank and full sized bath. There is a large storage cupboard with washing machine in. The master cabin has a full sized double bed, again plenty of light and lots of wardrobe hanging space. The boat was designed for two working people and the amount of storage on board highlights their yachting background. Sailors always know the importance of such things!
The boat is also fitted with cratch and cockpit covers which were an expensive extra and give you two extra rooms essentially.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable (5% transfer fee) and this exclusive community of boaters is very well positioned for anyone needing access to central London or Canary Wharf. The marina has a laundry, fibre broadband, shower block and security guard.
