This is a beautiful example of a 55ft Widebeam boat with the optional benefit of a Residential Mooring on the Lancaster Canal which the new owner could take over at £3,500 per year. The boat was refitted in 2012.
You walk through the stern companionway into the master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, under bed storage and wall lights. As you walk down the passage you come to a lovely bathroom with full size shower, wash basin with built in vanity units, heated towel rail and toilet. (There is a new toilet seat on order). The next room is the second bedroom with a built in single bed with under bed storage and privacy door. You then come into the galley with plenty of storage, full size cooker, fridge/freezer, stainless sink and breakfast bar. The saloon is nice and spacious with a large settee which converts into a double and a lounge chair, 37in TV and Bang & Olufsen wall mounted stereo system, 2 side hatches and a diesel fuelled stove. There are 2 radiators in the saloon and passageway.
Viewing on this boat is highly recommended.
