Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 32ft Wide Beam for sale with London mooring in Greenland Dock, near Surrey Quays.
Built in 2015 and recently upgraded extensively by the current owners, this cosy, little boat makes a perfect pied-a-terre for an individual or couple with one big benefit coming from it's short length - cheap mooring fees!
The leisure mooring at Greenland Dock is £5,450 per annum and there is no transfer fee to pay.
Entering from the stern there is a galley to starboard and the bathroom is located to port. Beyond that there is the saloon and area for a desk/dining table. The cabin at the bow has a double bed and storage. The current owners have spent over £5,000 on new electrics, new water tank, holding tank and loo. The galley was also replaced and a new floor installed.
Greenland Dock is a peaceful place to be with no major roads and a great location next to the river. The river bus pier is 2 mins walk from the marina entrance and Surrey Quays is about 12 mins walk.
