Waterlodge are a leading UK houseboat builder specialising in affordable floating apartments. Their aim is to enable luxurious yet practical waterside living, without the maintenance requirements of traditional barges or motor launches.
The Waterlodge Oasis 2 works as a home/second home or/and as an excellent investment. The current owner has 3 successful years of rental with AirBnB, gaining 4.9/5* in positive reviews.
She is light and spacious with lots of airflow and outside deck areas but can be snugged up cosy and warm whilst retaining the view.
Currently moored in the beautiful and peaceful Island Harbour Marina, Isle of Wight, an excellent location for the island, with free parking and amenities in a safe and friendly setting. River walks/cycles to local riverside pubs and into Newport and lovely views across to Cowes with gorgeous sunsets!
She can be moved if preferred to a different location and sold furnished or unfurnished - talk to us about the options
