Cosy and well upgraded interior, a lot of refit and improvements have been done to offer a better comfort and allow this boat to be used as a live aboard (central heating trough 6 radiators, wet shower room and heads in a spacious tiled room. a space for a washing machine and dryer, all electric wiring and panels redone and a very modern style honey colour wooden floor.
Our vendors have used this boat as their permanent house for the last 2 years, their aft cabin with a double berth (140x190) with 1.87 headroom and storage.
Under the bench more storage and access to the rudder system.
Next is the walk in shower all tiled with electric heads and sink. Opposite a heated wardrobe and next to it, the washing machine and dryer.
Coming up to the saloon and good headroom of 1.89 with a comfortable seat and coffee table, and storage all around.
Down to the equipped galley with a headroom of 1.92, storage under floor, and under the sink, 4 gaz burner cooker, electric oven, extractor, and a heated dinette area with a radiator, that extra radiator does not allow the dinette to turn into an occasional berth.
Forward the second cabin with V berth, 0.80x2m).

a full cockpit cover or half according to your requirement, the aft deck is much used by our vendor as their terrace and the area is well protected by a full cockpit cover. Some new white covers have been made to let the air circulate but allow some privacy, all over the cockpit and some white plastic blinders installed in 2023 with magnets to cover all the windows and help the isolation & privacy.

Live aboard Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this VALK KRUISER 1200 from 1982 but refitted in 2020.
She has been the home for our vendors for the last 2 years. They have maintained her and improved her too to make her more comfortable for themselves. They now need to sell her as their life plan has changed.
This comfortable river cruiser is suitable for the canals and rivers and the mooring could be renewed in the same marina under request to the capitainerie. Located near the Saone on a nice little market town with all the commodities and facilities of a boat yard.
