Commentaires du Broker
A fantastic live aboard, sturdily built, well maintained, with the interior taking on tardis like proportions! There is vast amount of accommodation to suit a family or a live aboard crew.
She was built in the early 70's for the Humberside Pilotage Company as a pilot boat for the Humber. She was designed by Watson and built by Tyler Boat Builders. From then on, she has been privately owned and a complete re-fit was carried out in 1999/2000. She has been built to a very high specification and is an excellent 'go anywhere' motor yacht.
Stairs to the lower foredeck deck reveal 8 bunks in 3 rooms plus a shower/WC. A further set of stairs to the aft lead to a vast master bedroom with a 48” flat screen TV, dressing area and ensuite. A door from here takes you to the engine room midships which has a full 6' head height and which house Twin 265hp Eagle Rolls Royce engines (along with workbenches, freezer and washing machine!).
The main deck is split into 4 zones, the wheel house with a full range of navigation equipment along with 2 radios. The galley and saloon areas are in the mid section. The galley is well kitted out with a double sink and modern appliances including a full size cooker/hob, microwave and fridge with a transparent door. The saloon area opposite has a large oval table and seating for 10. A glazed area has been added to the aft of the main deck, providing a ‘conservatory’ area with a couple of comfy stand-alone chairs, TV and music system. (oh and a dishwasher!) A sliding door takes you to the outside area and a ladder up to a top sun deck as well as the large foredeck.
It is hard to describe the size of the accommodation this boat offers – seeing is believing!
