Boatshed Essex are delighted to be featuring this Twister 28 for sale. The Twister 28 came from the drawing board of Kim Holman and so it is no surprise they built a reputation as a highly regarded sailing yacht, with echoes of classic design. Reported by owners to be confident in a seaway, fast and easy to handle, the Twister provides an attractive platform for cruising and racing.
This is one of the later fibreglass versions, with an encapsulated keel, Beta inboard diesel engine and signs that she has been well maintained and cared for over the years. The boat is showing signs, on the exterior, that a powerwash and antifoul are required, however down below she looks to require only a basic sort and tidy and recommissioning of the engine. The boat comes complete with a survey from 2019 and viewing is highly recommended.
