Broker's Comments
It is understood this Plymouth Pilot looking boat is based on a Treeve hull moulding and was a home build project we believe was completed in 2015.
Whilst it is a relatively simple fit-out it does boast a heads compartment complete with a 2021 Jabsco head unit and a small galley area.
Overall, this is a very good boat and it does feel like a professional builder has completed it. It has been in the current ownership since 2015.
Buyer should note, this boat is regarded as a homebuild and therefore is currently not compliant to UK Recreational Craft Regulations (2017).
