Commentaires du Broker
On boarding, the first thing I noticed is the amazing amount of head room. I'm 6'2" and I can easily move around the boat and don't have to worry about my head hitting on something.
Another thing that initially struck me is the layout. It's unusually practical, as if someone had sat down and dedicated a lot of time on thinking how to make every square inch of this boat work 100%.
As we enter from the companionway on the port side we have a very nicely fitted forward facing nav desk with a quarter berth fitted under the cockpit seat.
Nav desk comes with a nice vertical bulkhead which perfectly accommodates all the instruments and a couple of nice little pockets to keep your accessories tidy.
On the opposite side we have a head with a shower facility with a little window looking aft into the cockpit, a great feature for any single handed sailors.
As we move forward on the port side bulkhead, we have a galley very neatly fitted against the wall with an extra decent sized hatch right above the work top so it's all nicely lit and feels quite spacious. On the starboard side we have a decent size C shaped saloon seating with a foldable sliding table and plenty of storage in mane lockers.
This boat has been stripped of her original cushions so she gives the new owner plenty of room for customisation.
Moving into the forward cabin we have a very nicely finished V berth with plenty of wooden panels and shelves and upholstery all over the bulkheads and the headlining. The cabin is well lit by the top escape hatch. Another thing that caught my eye is the amount of storage in this inconspicuous looking little cabin. The wall lockers on both sides of the cabin reach all the way down to the bilge, which allows us to hang a set of full length parkas or winter oil skins in there with no problem whatsoever. On top of that there are a couple of other standard lockers.
As mentioned before the boat interior comes with plenty of wood finished sections. The woodwork generally seems in good condition, although some areas would benefit from fresh varnish.
The bulkhead and head lining is in relatively good shape. but showing its age.
She comes with a newly fitted anchor and chain. Her owner has had her for over 13 years and looked after her the best he could as well as sailing her along the coast. She makes a very nice impression and has a very good feel to her. Her owners decided to sell her due to a post lockdown change of lifestyle.
