Commentaires du Broker
Boatshed Norfolk (www.boatshed.com) are very pleased to offer this genuinely amazing example of the spacious Princess 435 Motor cruiser.
This incredible boat has to be seen to be fully appreciated.
She is beautifully presented and very well looked after and it is evident everywhere you look. She has been reimagined at some point and the current owners of the last 4 years have fully enjoyed her and maintained her to a very high level.
The boat is compounded and polished and starts and run just as she should and is a beautiful place to spend time afloat.
This layout has so much to offer being almost identical to the Fairline turbo 36 just much larger and with a nice snug dinette.
The boat offers two large double cabins both en-suite with island berths with large toilet and shower compartments. The forward cabin heads is jack and jill to the main saloon and is the main day heads. The rear master cabin is a full width island berth double stateroom with large heads and shower compartment, corner sofa, storage a plenty, led accent lighting, TV and its own stereo system (one of 4 separate stereo systems aboard!). The dinette also transforms to a double berth and so can the saloon so in all she can sleep 8 in comfort. The dinette also has a hidden lazarette locker that is immense and can be stood up in it that big!
The forward cabin is again a full double island berth with large heads and shower and plenty of storage and has its own extra heating, TV, stereo, full hanging wardrobe and locker spaces and led accent lighting.
The galley down arrangement is very well equipped with both gas and electric cooking appliances and microwave oven and plenty of storage and a huge fridge. The convertible dinette is adjacent to the galley and forms a nice secluded sitting area for 8.
Stepping up the spacious main saloon and lower helm station its just stunning clean and comfortable. Again there is a third TV and a third stereo system and the lower helm station that is fully equipped with plotter, Navex, VHF, and much much more!
The boat has warm air diesel heating and electric heaters fitted throughout. Up the companionway through the large sliding angled doors you emerge onto the huge aft deck area.
There are 2 flanking large corner seat units with large storage bins under and led base accent lighting with plush seating atop and this is all in excellent order and looks amazing with the teak laid floor and side decks.
Over this is a large convertible canopy that appears to be in very good order. At the very back of the aft deck we find a transom gate to the ladder down to the swim platform and access to the stainless steel hand crank davits. There is a dinghy on the boat at present that may be included in the sale for the right price.
Stepping up the main flybridge we find a huge swathe of plush matching seating and the forward helm seat with flip flop back rest so it can become part of the social area. One of these seats has a small tear along a stitch line of about 3 inches and that is all I could find damage wise.
The upper helm is fully configured with instruments controls including second bow thruster station and navigation equipment, and offers commanding views out and down the huge froward deck area. The radar arch hinges down to aid bridge clearance.
Under the saloon floor is the main machine room with the two Volvo Penta TAMD61A engines which appeared to start and run nicely and quietly as they should. Engines are showing 1300 hours. There is a large Hyundai diesel generator fitted and a large capacity Victron battery charger.
She has extensive navigation kit at both helms and is AIS equipped. A new holding tank has been fitted. She has full shore power fitted and has a full set of sun covers for front and side windows and winter covers all included. She had a survey in 2021 and this is available to view at time of viewing.
Her Broads toll is paid to 2026 and her Boat Safety Certificate runs to late 2025.
Her mooring at her quiet marina (an its prime location) would also be available by agreement with the marina.
This is a very highly-equipped and stand-out quality example of the Princess 435 and is very likely one of the very best in the country, viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate what she has to offer.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
