This is a very well presented Powells 40 centre cockpit cruiser.
She is Ideal as a long term, extended use cruiser or dedicated live-aboard on any inland waterway.
She has a very well running diesel engine, 7 batteries, mains shore power, battery charger, inverter, diesel warm air heating, the list just goes on and on! She is a real credit to the current owners who have maintained her well and kept her in superb condition!
The aft heads have been removed to make a storage space/hand washroom off the galley but the plumbing is still there ready for a new one to be fitted should that be desired. There is a very modern large aft galley that benefits from a full size fridge freezer plus a concealed washing machine plus separate tumble dryer, so she really is home from home.
The sliding roof over the cockpit/lounge enables fair weather cruising on those hot summer days. The forward cabin boasts a double island style bed and a very large, modern en-suite wet room with an electric flush pump out toilet.
There is a current BSS until 05/10/2025!
This is a "Must see" to fully appreciate the condition and space!
This is a very nice and large living space for a single person or couple that will be sure to please.
