Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Pedro Levanto 44 for sale. In the same ownership since new, this very capable motor yacht offers comfortable river cruising either in the UK or Europe and Pedro Boats have built up a reputation as one of the best builders for Dutch-built steel cruisers. They still make the Levanto 44 which underlines its popularity and success in this mid-40ft range.
With its traditional aft cabin layout that these boats usually come with, there is lots of space onboard to cruise as a family or with guests. Both cabins have ensuite heads and the saloon is very large for a 44ft boat. Similarly, the master suite feels enormous for a boat of this size and every touch point around the boat points to the craftsmanship of her builders - this is a truly high spec cruiser.
The owner has made some modifications to the interior to create a more flexible living space. The boat has primarily been used as a London pied-a-terre so the engine has low hours and it is presented in very good condition for a boat that is now 14 years old. The boat is currently moored in St Katharine Docks and the leisure mooring could be transferred to the new owner (5% + VAT transfer fee) to continue its use as a London floating home, but still coming with much more cruising potential than a wide beam canal boat or barge.
