Engine hours are indicated on Hobbs meters in current working condition, and the indicated hours are believed to be accurate. They are obviously low hours for the age of the boat, but the operating history of the boat as explained by its sole owner is supportive.
The generator is in a sound shield and is a newer Northern Lights. Up until recently the boat has been boat house kept.
The performance details are not verified. All listing details are as best efforts and not warranted to be accurate as there is incomplete information available about the boat. It will be up to the buyer and surveyor to verify information in regards to this offering.

For this specific customer-ordered boat the builder added approximately 3' to the waterline but kept the original 14' beam. This additional waterline length increased the speed at which it moves through the water. I actually measured the waterline and determined it to be 43' 8" and the length over all to be 47' 5".
The water and fuel tanks appear to be aluminum. There are receipts for a considerable amount of work including newer alternators, zincs, bottom paint, and Garmin Radar, Chart Plotter and Torrid MV 17 water heater. This work was completed on 6-2020.
Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.

Entry is via a transom door mid ship from the ample swim step. Passing through the cockpit to the sliding glass door directly into the main saloon with the port side helm station. Along the starboard side is the cabinet with the washer dryer combination. Forward is a large convertible couch which will make up as a double bed. To port there are two swivel chairs separated by a table which can extend for casual dining. Forward to port is the large elevated helm station. It features a helm seat wide enough for two. Forward and down four steps to the large galley to starboard and the head to port. The galley features L-shaped counters with double SS sinks, Electric stove with oven and a microwave-convection oven. On the aft wall of the galley is a full size refrigerator with freezer currently not working. There are beautiful storage cabinets above and below the counters. The head is larger than any I have experienced on a vessel of this size. To port is a tub and shower with a beautiful glass and stainless steel door. A very large counter, sink with custom cabinetry above and below as well as a modern electric head. Forward and through a sliding door is the queen size walk around double bed. There are hanging closets port and starboard as well as smaller lockers on the cabin sides. There are three heat sources on this boat; 110 electric from either shore power or onboard generator, hot water from the engines, and a Webasto diesel forced air with thermostat temperature control. There is a built-in central vacuum with vacuum inlets in each cabin. The cabin floor covering is carpet and recently professionally installed .
The flybridge ladder is to starboard from the cockpit and features a centerline helm with a large forward-facing bench. On the back side is an aft-facing chest freezer with seating. An 8' Livingston dinghy mounts on the aft of the upper deck and there is an electric windlass for hoisting to/from the water.

VIRTUAL TOUR - VIDEO - 80 TO 100 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS VESSEL!
For those of us who like the combination of a heavy displacement hull and the speed of a truly semi displacement hull that cruises easily at 14 Knots then give this boat serious consideration. I have had personal experience operating this vessel and can tell you that it as comfortable at 8 knots as it is at 17 knots. When looking at the interior photos pay particular attention to the quality and craftmanship of the wooden components.
This boat was custom-designed and built for the current owner and was boat house-kept for the majority of its life. To me a remarkable feature is that the hull is reported to be an extended Vietnam River Patrol Boat that Uniflight built for the US Navy.
A unique and sturdy boat.
