A fine looking hull with paint mostly in good condition. A generous well deck with wooden seating and a large semi-trad stern.
A nice mix of large windows and portholes.

Entering through double doors from the foredeck into a large salon, one is immediately struck by the wonderful light wood fit out and solid oak floors. The salon features a range of storage and shelving with a fold down table and corner stand for the TV. There is also a top-of-the-range Morso Squirrel multi-fuel stove.
Between the living space and the kitchen there is a large side hatch. The kitchen itself is very well fitted with a high level stove and microwave as well as a fridge.
Next comes a beautiful bathroom with cassette toilet, basin, shower and storage.
The bedroom is very large with wardrobe and plenty of extra storage in cupboards and under the double bed. There is even a small desk unit which would fit a computer.
In an alcove at the rear of the cabin is a washer dryer.
There are radiators throughout powered by a Mikuni diesel boiler, which also provides hot water on demand.

Boatshed Grand Union is pleased to offer this superb 57ft live-aboard. A really nice looking boat with generous outdoor deck space.
She is fitted throughout to a very high standard. Solid oak floors and light wood walls and ceiling make her feel spacious and comfortable. The well appointed kitchen and bathroom, the large bedroom with so much storage and a desk as well as the large lounge, make this a great boat for living on or extended cruising.
