A good steel hull with large hopper windows, and spacious well deck.
Paintwork needs some attention, however it appears to be protecting the boat adequately.
The pigeon boxes on the roof, while not in practical use, are a nice feature.

The fit out throughout features solid oak floors and nicely finished light wood panelling.
Entering from the front well deck there is a long lounge with a futon style sofa bed, a small couch and a drop down desk/dining table. There is also a centrally placed Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove with back boiler and radiator to heat the entire boat.
A small galley kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge, sink and plenty of storage. There is also a Morco instant hot water, gas heater.
The bathroom features a full size bath with shower, Thetford cassette toilet and a wash basin, with storage under.
The bedroom has a double bed a side hatch and a full size wardrobe.

A spacious boat suitable as a live-aboard or for extended cruising.
The fit out with oak floors and light wood panelling is very attractive.
The Lister engine starts easily and sounds healthy.
While the paintwork needs attention this is a good chance to get a sizeable oat at a good price.
