The boat was treated with 2 pack epoxy in 2014, the hull sides and base plate were replated and a survey carried out.
Coachwork in good condition for the age of the boat.

From the bow, there is a small outdoor area with side benches.
Double metal doors lead to the open plan main saloon with a solid fuel stove and a storage cupboard. Walls are white painted planks, panelled below with laminate sheets and framing to be painted or stained to your preference. Lots of room for stand alone furniture such as a sofabed.
The open plan kitchen area is well appointed with virtually new appliances including an unused twin tub washing machine. Morco D61 gas on-demand water heater. Lots of space for extra storage.
Walk through bathroom with Thetford cassette toilet, hand basin and shower.
Leaded stained glass door leads to main cabin with fixed double and side and roof hatches. Underneath is the Lister 3 cylinder engine, batteries and inverter.
Another stained glass door leads to a traditional boatmen's cabin area, currently empty and used for storage. This could be refitted to original specifications or made into a spacious office or fixed double cabin.
Steps to trad stern.
