On entering the companionway the heads are to port with a tiled shower area and hand basin. Hanging storage to starboard that is alo the electrical cupboard. Moving forward the well appointed galley is entered. Work surfaces port and starboard, sink with drainer, 3 burner cooker and grill. Forward of the galley is the open plan saloon area. Settees port and starboard convert to beds, there would be an opportunity to enclose the forward space to make a separate cabin.

Boatshed Lancashire offer this 45' Cruiser Stern Narrow boat. She was completely refitted in 2012 to include replating. Foam insulation, plumbing, wiring, gas water heater all replaced. The open saloon could easily be modified to create a separate cabin. The owner has supplied pictures of the refit process, she was taken back to a bare shell before refitting. Priced to sell quickly so please contact me to arrange a viewing.
