Built in 1976, this boat has been well loved and regularly maintained offering an individual or couple a perfect liveaboard home with the obvious benefits of a permanent mooring within one of London's most popular marinas.
The boat is bright inside and has an open plan living area and galley that makes the most of the space available. The sofa converts into a double bed providing the sleeping accommodation. Towards the bow is the large bathroom with full size bathroom and electric loo. The cratch has a large canopy cover making this into a great place to sit in the evening even on colder days. Likewise, the cruiser stern offers more outside space.
This boat also benefits from having a 2007 engine which has always been a reliable runner allowing the new owners to explore the canal network of London if they're feeling adventurous.
The boat is moored at Poplar Dock Marina, which has excellent transport links into central London with Blackwall DLR 5 minutes walk or Canary Wharf Jubilee Line only 15 minutes away. The marina has laundry facilities for all residents and is a secure, friendly community of boaters who all love their lives afloat and the spirit of the marina reflects that. Current mooring fees are £7,300 p.a. and the marina will charge a 5% transfer fee to anyone who wants to take over the residential license.
