This studio style narrowboat is very keenly priced for a quick sale and an affordable option to get into this popular marina. It would make a great first liveaboard for an individual or someone who needs a bolt hole in London.
The boat was originally built in 1996 and extended in 2004 to its current 42ft length. It has a really large cruiser stern, a nice place for evening drinks.
It is equipped with gas cooker and oven, cassette toilet and shower. The bed is fitted across the boat and is a good size as a result.
The residential mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 7.5% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are £8,430 per annum. Parking is available at the marina and Poplar Dock has excellent transport links to central London and City Airport.
