Used as both a live-aboard and workspace and including a professional woodworking bench with vice, this boat was clearly owned by an exceptional carpenter. Largely fitted out in mahogany to an excellent standard and with many beautiful details, with some TLC this boat would make someone a lovely home or holiday cruiser.
The workbench could easily be replaced by an additional berth if required and the interior needs some tidying up but no-one would want to strip this boat out to start again.
The boat is currently lying on a BW non-residential mooring which is not included in the sale but the new owner would be able to bid for the mooring in the usual way.
