Built in 2006 by East West boats, this narrowboat has been fitted out to the highest standard throughout and would make a superb first boat for an individual or couple looking to move onto a houseboat in London.
The interior is modern and stylish with high quality wood linings and worktops in the galley combined with excellent headroom throughout. The bathroom operates as a wetroom and has a Thetford chemical loo.
The boat was surveyed in February 2016 so this boat is ready for someone to move straight onto as everything is fully functioning.
This boat is sold with a residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina, near Canary Wharf. The marina is a great boating community with excellent transport links to central London. Canary Wharf Jubilee station is 12 mins walk away and Blackwall DLR 5 mins walk. Current mooring fees are £7,200 p.a. and the mooring can be transferred to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina.
