Built in 1992 by Midland Boats, this compact narrowboat would make a great liveaboard option for an individual who is looking for an affordable bolthole within walking distance of central London.
The open plan layout has a convertible seating area/double berth with further table and seating to the aft. The galley has recently been updated with new gas hob, sink and plumbing. There is loads of storage space available on the boat which belies its 32ft of length.
The 20HP engine has been regularly serviced and is a reliable runner.
The mooring at Limehouse is transferable to any new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina operators. Current mooring fees are roughly £7,200 p.a.
Limehouse Basin is London's most popular residential marina with its central location making it attractive to people from all walks of life. The DLR station is 5 minutes walk from the boat and you can be in Bank station in 15 minutes maximum. Canary Wharf is also only 15 minutes walk away.
The marina has laundry and shower facilities for residents as well as marina WiFi. pump out facilities and on site staff.
