This would make a fine London Pied a terre. Small but very comfortable. There is a secure mooring in London. It has its own little plot of land with a garden shed. Plenty of parking nearby. 10 mins walk to Southall Station. Easy cruise into central London or to the Thames.
The mooring will be transferable to the new owner, subject to agreement with marina management. A transfer premium may be payable.
