Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 30ft Narrowboat with London mooring in Limehouse Basin, E14.
Built in 2014 by Clearwater Boats, this narrowboat has been well maintained and makes best use of its 30ft length with an enclosed bow meaning the cabin has a full size double bed.
The boat is sold with a leisure mooring in the highly desirable Limehouse Basin and currently offers the cheapest way into this marina but with a relatively new and tidy boat attached.
Entering at the stern, there is a well laid out galley and saloon area with multi fuel stove and seating area which makes up into an extra single berth. The walk through bathroom has a chemical loo and shower compartment. There is also decent hanging storage there. The cabin is a great size for a 30ft boat and also has storage space under the bed and in drawers.
Current mooring fees are £7,500 per annum paid upfront. There is a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) payable to the marina to acquire the mooring license.
