This is a Mitchell 31, MK III, having an improved hull design to increase performance and fuel economy. The wheelhouse is also longer than on earlier versions, providing a greater volume of accommodation and therefore comfort whilst in harbour or cruising.
This version has been finished to a high specification, including an extensive range of navigation instruments and safety features, alongside cabin and water heating, refrigeration and an electric windlass. The cockpit provides a spacious and comfortable environment for a range of activities, both on the water and whilst relaxing or entertaining in port. The cockpit also benefits from an integrated Bimini, providing privacy and protection when the weather turns poor.
This boat is tidy, clean and ready to sail, having been well maintained and updated. The boat would suit anybody looking for a comfortable, sea-kindly, reliable cruiser, suitable for rivers, estuaries, coastal cruising and further afield when the weather permits.
