Commentaires du Broker
The Macgregor 26M is the wheel steering version of this popular yacht. They are described as "power cruisers" in the promotional literature because they do offer both sailing and power boat capability.
When sailing they rely on water ballast for stability and in the older models this could only be removed once the boat was out of the water; but this newer version can dump the water after taking down the sail and use the powerful outboard and clever hull design to plane home at 20 mph.
This Macgregor has had little use the engine having done just 95 hours from new. It is well equipped with colour chart plotter and autopilot etc..
