1107 PENICHETTE built by LOCABOAT in 1990. Central cockpit wheelhouse with a sliding door each side. This boat has been refitted completely by the previous owner who is a LOCABOAT employee and has since sold it to our current owner early this year. The boat has been out of water winter 2022/23 repainted outside, and new windows have been fitted.

Access to the interior from either side of the wheelhouse. central cockpit with steering on starboard side, the engine is located under the floor of the cockpit. 2 steps down forward is the galley dining area. Well equipped galley on the port side, dining table opposite, the open space to the cockpit makes is bright and convivial. Headroom in the galley is 1.80m and in the cockpit a little more with 1.90m.
4 steps downs forward is the corridor leading to the cabins. First midship a double berth on starboard (130x190) and opposite on the port side a single berth (80x190).
Further on to starboard is the heads and shower (manual heads, shower and wash basin) and opposite a wardrobe and storage.
Finally forward is the main cabin with a double berth across the whole width of the boat (140x190) a wardrobe and storage and a tv set. Headroom in the cabins area varies from 1.77 to 1.80m
HEATING:
Blown air heater (gas TRUMATIC 4000).
All ceiling lights are LED new in 2023

Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this ex-hire cruiser built in 1990 by LOCABOAT and located in the Bourgogne - Franche Comté area.
Her classic looks are a LOCABOAT signature. Easy to operate thanks to the two side doors and wide side decks to walk around the boat. An ideal inland cruiser for holidays and weekends or extended long cruises on the rivers or canals of Europe.
This ex-hire cruiser has been totally refitted inside by a professional working for Locaboat in his spare time and you can see in this listing some photos taken early this year while the boat was repainted. Since then, our current vendor has not used her since he purchased her and sadly can no longer pursuit his dream because of work commitments.
This is an ideal family cruiser, or just for a couple with occasional guests.
Moored in a quiet marina on the Saone river, the mooring could be transferrable to a new owner subject to approval from the marina.
