The boat does not have an engine which helps minimise maintenance costs so in accordance with HMRC Regulations, it is VAT zero rated, and the boat is fully served with mains water and standard domestic electricity supply.
Internally, the open plan living room is bright and spacious thanks to the enormous 14ft beam of the boat. The ceiling height is 9 ft plus. The stylish integrated kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, along with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Access to the City is made easy with the proximity of Southall Station, offering regular services to London Paddington.
