Commentaires du Broker
The Fisher 30 was the first of the hugely popular pilot house style motorsailors, based upon the sea-keeping abilities of North Sea trawlers. Over 250 were built throughout the 1970's and 80's and I am sure that the majority are still cruising somewhere, they really were made to last.
As you go aboard you notice how safe and secure everything feels. The custom cut out bulwark allows you to step up easily and it slides back in whilst underway. You step down into the shelter of the cockpit and then it's the wheelhouse helm and seating area which really does make the Fishers true all-weather boats.
The hull looks beautifully painted and gleams and the teak is kept natural which gives her a very attractive look. Her original engine was replaced in 2016 and is well installed and accessible. Going below she's well presented and feels dry and fresh.
To me this is a really nice example of a well loved design.
