This is a very tidy example of the very capable and sporty Falcon 22 SPC sports cruiser. She is powered by a Volvo Penta petrol engine (AQ225D) and 280 out drive, and the vendor advises she is capable of over 30kts.
She appears to be well presented and fitted out to a high standard and offers very comfortable accommodation and a great vessel for 4 adults or a small family. She has a good sized heads and shower compartment, hot and cold water, and a cockpit that is finished in white and looks amazing. The cockpit has a double helm seat and a large aft bench that converts to a sun pad plus a side lounger, plus a transom shower, accessed from the large swim platform.
This boat also benefits from a hinged radar arch making the whole Broads accessible. She has a current Boat Safety Certificate to 2025 and her Broads toll is paid to April 2023.
