Built in 1927 and converted into a houseboat in 2000, this one cabin boat is beautifully fitted out and would make an ideal home for an individual or couple who are looking for a houseboat to move straight onto and start a life afloat.
The boat has been recently surveyed and the current owners have carried out work to the hull to ensure this boat doesn't need to be lifted out of the water for five years.
The interior of this boat is bright and laid out with the cabin and bathroom to the aft of the wheelhouse and the galley, large living room and dining space going foreward.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are £9,000 p.a.
The marina provides a great place to live in a proper community of boaters and has excellent facilities including managed office, laundry, shower block, WiFi, pump out station, CCTV and security guard. The marina is moments from Limehouse DLR station with excellent links into Bank or Canary Wharf.
