Boatshed London are very pleased to bring this splendid Dutch Barge to the market. Priced very sensibly, in order to sell quickly, the new owner can enjoy the secluded mooring within a welcoming community. As Brentford undergoes its transformation, boats in this location are only going to get more desirable.
The boat is now unfurnished except for built in kitchen and washer and dryer, 10 seater sofa and super king size bed, and shows the potential to reconfigure the interior or alternatively reinstate the grandeur of the open space, as shown in a number of the photographs.
The hull has been epoxy coated and was last out of the water in 2015. Mooring fees are approximately £1,300 per month, plus a service fee to cover refuse collection, water, electricity supply, and maintenance of the gate and access bridge (circa £2,800 pa.).
