Boatshed Grand Union is pleased to offer this brand new Dutch Barge. Displayed at the 2018 Crick Boat Show. She generated a great deal of interest and envious comments. Now you can be the envy of the Grand Union.
With every conceivable luxury from concealed coloured lighting to the hydraulically operated lifting wheelhouse roof. Everything you buy is new, unused and top of the range.
The accommodation includes an open plan reverse-layout with a well-fitted galley including the latest Sile-Stone ceramic worktops. These have the appearance of slate and are impossible to burn or stain. An inset gas hob opposite a microwave and gas oven. There is storage everywhere - and even the obligatory built-in wine-cooler! A Utility room has an under counter washer/dryer and plenty of space for the hard to place necessary items for liveaboard families.
The saloon area is spacious and light with side-hatches to port and starboard with warm Spanish Cherry parquet flooring. The Morso Squirrel stove is a central feature and will warm the cold days on board.
The main cabin is set in the bow and provides a central full sized double bed and double wardrobe. The second cabin is a convertable office with couch that pulls out to a 3/4 double berth through the cleverly designed Rock and Rolla bed.
The shower room has plenty of room where you can enjoy the extended corner shower with sliding doors. The toilet is electric pump-out and the inset basin with mixer tap over.
