This is a 50 foot, one bedroom cruising houseboat currently moored at a private mooring.
Her sea-going hull looks very sound, having been re-plated at the water line some 2 years ago. As well as these external repairs, the accommodation was totally refurbished with new panelling. new plumbing and electrics around 18 months ago.
She has hot and cold running water, a gas cooker, an electric fridge, a washing machine and heads with a bath. She's heated by a solid burner stove.
Powered by an 80hp Ford keel-cooled engine she has recently been repainted throughout and could suit cruising or a permanently moored houseboat.
This boat does not come with mooring.
