Comentario del broker
These boat details are subject to contract.
A very unusual Fishing Cutter which has been converted into a Cutter Yacht, in 2000 the marine engineering systems & the interior paneling were modernized in accordance with the requirements for inland shipping zones for sailing trips for 36 passengers, the coding has now run out but the owner tells me it would not take much to get her ready. She has been converted to a House Boat and now requires this to be completed, restored and refurbished. She could stay on her current mooring subject to the marinas approval which currently costs £550 pcm.
She would make a good value Livaboard now!
