This is a wonderfully designed barge with a great amount of space. The saloon and galley give off a modern and open feel, both giving a good amount of comfortable space with the galley being full of everything you’ll need on board. The gas has been stripped out leaving a full size electric oven & stove with a lot of work area.
Going forward you have the single cabin on the port side, whilst not a huge space this would easily work as a spare room or a child’s room, currently it is used as a walk in wardrobe.
The heads have a full electric shower with a cassette type toilet with electric flush.
The master cabin has a double bed but the most appealing part is being able to walk out onto the bow, with what I can only describe as a little ‘balcony’ this a wonderful spot for your morning coffee and on a sunny day you’ll really appreciate the joys of living on the water!

This is a beautifully designed modern barge that offers great living space as well as being in a prime spot at Woodbridge. Built in 2008 and commissioned in 2012 she has never had an engine and has been used solely as a live aboard.
This would be an ideal live aboard for couples or single child families looking to get in to the world of boats. With plenty of space on board and incredible views of the river Deben this is a great opportunity to get in touch with nature!
She is in great condition throughout with everything on board that would be needed as well as nice facilities on land for showering and laundry.
