Skeg hung rudder. Hand laid GRP varying in thickness from one inch in the area encasing the lead ( encapsulated keel ) to 3/4 of an inch at the turn of the bilge and 5/8 of an inch on the topsides.

Designed as a cruiser / racer and heavily laid up by hand, these are tough little boats. Also known as the Pacific 38 which was built in NZ and had tiller steering. This example has just had a makeover, a smart new interior and a spanking new Vetus engine.
