Are you ready for a new lifestyle?
This lovely Collingwood widebeam offers everything you would need to start living on the water. She comes with a residential private mooring (additional annual charge for this), a private garden, 2 storage sheds, a small hard rowing boat and a second motor boat with small outboard to take you up the river to the town (ideal for the Tesco's run!).
Built in 2019, the inside is modern and tastefully decorated throughout; she comes fully furnished and so everything you see in the photos is included in the sale (except the fish tank).
The open living area is 29 foot long and consists of a combined kitchen, dining and lounge area. The floors are made of solid oak and really offer that 'wow' factor.
The galley (kitchen) consists of Ice Branco quartz worktop, 'butler' style sink, Delonghi coffee machine and a 4 burner gas stove, oven and grill. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge area has a large corner sofa (sofa bed), woodburner and a large flat screen TV. All of the window are fitted with blackout blinds.
The bathroom is 6 x 8 feet and includes a modern style roll top bath, a full height MIRA shower, black quartz tiles, counter top sink and vets pump out toilet.
The main bedroom (up at the bow) is 12ft x 12ft and includes a large kingsize bed which includes a 32' Sony TV that raises up and down. There are built in mirrored wardrobes and two tall chests of drawers made of mango wood.
Bedroom 2 is 8.5ft x 8ft and includes a raised single bed with storage and a small desk underneath. The cabin could easily have 2 single beds.
