Seller reports over all length with swim platform and bow sprit is close to 40 feet. Built in the C&L Yard in Taiwan this vessel appears to have been painted over the gel coat. Teak decks top and bottom have recently been professionally maintained. All exterior teak has been recently varnished. Boat has full winter cover. Teak decks are on topside, cockpit, foredeck and lower walk around. Covered side decks.
The following upgrades have been made to this vessel since 2010. All equipment where applicable has been installed by ABYC installers.
New Lewmar windlass with foot switches for up and down at foredeck, battery control at helm.
New bow thruster.
New bow anchor roller and chain control.
New 5/16 anchor chain plus 50 foot of rode.
New calking and non-skid paint on forward portion of cabin top on foredeck.
New Bimini and enclosure on Flybridge.
New canvas covers and screens for windows.
New screened wind protector (lee cloths) on hand rails on bridge.
New full boat cover by Lohman Boat Covers in Ladysmith, BC.
New controls for fore and aft heaters (Red Dot Style) engine heat.
New Wabasto Diesel Forced Air Furnace with registers in all areas of the boat, new thermostat.
New propane sensors and control.
Refurbished and tested refrigerator which runs on AC, DC and Propane.
New safety neutral switch to prevent in gear starting of engine.
Covers for batteries and other open wiring to prevent shorting.
