Broker's Comments
The CHB 34 Tri Cabin is well-known on the West Coast -- this one built in the Chung Hwa boat yard in Taiwan. The hull design and seakeeping ability is understood and appreciated. Unfortunately, the design had a bad reputation for leaking decks and windows plus issues with tanks and other equipment. THIS boat has had repaired or replaced all of these problems -- meaning this one offers the benefits without the negatives!
-Decks were opened, recored and rebuilt, and resurfaced with Kiwi-Grip non-skid finish.
-All windows have been replaced with AJR aluminum frames and bronze tinted laminate glass.
-Windshield glass has been replaced.
-3x Imtra windshield wipers w/Intermittent wiper synchronizer plus washers have replaced standard wipers.
-Both fuel tanks have been opened and fully scrubbed and epoxy lined. Additional access ports were added. There is also a fuel polishing system.
- The vessel was also kept in a boathouse for the last 11 years.
-This is just a sample of the many upgrades, and the work completed on all aspects of this vessel. Please read on....
