Broker's Comments

The Westerly 21 was designed by the renowned Laurent Giles and is an example of the proven principles underpinning the rugged, spacious and innovative Westerly range.

The 21 is deceptively spacious, with a roomy, deep cockpit, side and fore decks that provide a safe feel when working and a roomy interior. This boat’s interior is in very good condition for age, with attractive woodwork and tidy headlining and upholstery.

When I visited the boat I was impressed by the potential of this pocket cruiser, filled with sailing potential, comfort and ease of use.

The boat's engine, shown in the listing, requires some attention and consequently the sale price has been reduced to compensate for this potential work. Please contact us for further details regarding this.

Ultimately, this boat will make a safe and easy to sail coastal cruiser, capable of trips further offshore when weather permits as well as the ability to comfortably explore rivers, creeks and estuaries. It also is an opportunity to purchase a vessel of this type at a bargain price.
