Having been a live-aboard for a number of years, this widebeam has tons of space and is very well appointed - with plenty of scope for you to make it your new home.
From the large (fully covered when needed) cruiser stern, down the wide companionway into a very extensive kitchen, complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; this leads to the very open and bright lounge area, with stove and central heating.
Midships, there is a good sized shower room and toilet.
The main bedroom has a full sized double (with new mattress) together with loads of storage space and leads to the cratch in the bow.
I can really recommend taking a closer look at this - you couldn't buy an apartment for this money - and you can move if you don't like the views! She's easily handled, despite her size and has been single handed quite extensively over the last few years.
The mooring may be available, by separate negotiation with BWML and would incur a 5% berth transfer fee, payable directly to the marina.
