Enter the aft cabin and its impossible to know the boats history. Modern, clean lines and colours give this boat the designer edge of an expensive city flat.
The shower room has state of the art fittings with a large shower, wash hand basin and revolutionary compost toilet. Clean lines give this wetroom an edge matched by few boats on the inland water!
The galley is well fitted with lots of storage. A new Morco boiler provides hot water and heating.

If you're looking for unusual, here is different with a capital D!
Originally a British Waterways workboat, you could be forgiven for being somewhat surprised at the result of this brand new fitout.
Modern, clean lines give a serene atmosphere to the uncluttered interior which is just waiting for a new owner to add their own flourish.
With a Zone 2 Residential Mooring (transferable by agreement with Marina management). this boat is close to shops, DLR, tubes and ammenities and is part of a good community with excellent marina facilities such as a laundry. There is a transfer fee payable for the mooring.
