Built in Mora, MN USA of solid fiberglass hull construction with cored upper deck this vessel was recently refurbished with new foam core upper and fly-bridge deck.

Entering the vessel from the large covered cockpit through a broad sliding glass door you see the L-shaped dinette and booth. Forward to port is a full size refrigerator / freezer unit. Across to starboard is the galley area. The galley includes great storage, a double sink, 3 burner Magic Chef propane stove and oven and microwave.
Forward of the refrigerator is the main salon with a large sleeper sofa to port and a big 40" flat screen TV to starboard. Satellite TV is wired to all TVs in the boat.
Continuing forward to the lower helm station, a complete instrumented helm station provides excellent visibility forward. Overhead is a custom chart storage drop cabinet. The custom cabinet above the helm has VHF radio, loud hailer intercom system, weather station display and 1000 watt stereo system. To starboard is a side door leading forward to the foredeck.
Going forward inside you take the stair to the forward over / under berth forward. Aft of this bunk area is a mid stateroom with two double berths (one located port and one starboard). From this stateroom is an access door leading aft to a large storage area, and access to the new hot water tank and heater system.
Counting two single berths forward, two double bunks midships, a sleeper sofa for two you can host a family reunion sleeping 8. This is a clean boat and appears to be well-maintained.
Cabin heating from a forced-air diesel fired system (which is supplied by kerosene currently for cleaner burning).

This Bluewater 45 Flybridge Cruiser is an excellent Puget Sound cruiser and/or a roomy, comfortable live-board. She appears in very good condition while having been continuously upgraded and maintained. Newer engines and transmissions with low engine hours (730) and a good selection of navigation equipment. An effective cabin heating system provides winter comfort.
