Broker's Comments
This is a beautifully maintained and easy-to-handle cruiser - ready to be enjoyed.
With her solid construction, great sailing performance, and comfortable interior layout, she’s perfectly suited for coastal cruising or longer adventures across the Mediterranean.
Accommodation & Layout
Featuring two cabins, she comfortably accommodates 5-6 people, offering plenty of space for cruising in the Med or wherever her new owner wishes to take her. Below deck, she is surprisingly spacious, and in the cockpit you will find excellent locker space with easy access to pumps, pipes, wirings etc.
Maintenance & Upgrades
Well cared for by her current owner since 2018, she has received regular maintenance and several important upgrades, including:
New rigging (2020)
New sea-cocks (2020)
Brand-new engine (2023, only 100 hours)
New shaft (2024)
Second winch (sheets - port-side) added
Regular cleaning and polishing of woodwork and gelcoat.
Last anti-fouling: January 2025
All safety equipment is up to date, making her a reliable and worry-free choice for her next owner.
Background
Built in 2004 and first launched in 2005, the boat has had only two owners. The current owner has actively sailed her in local club regattas and enjoyed relaxed cruising along the Catalan coast.
Condition
A few minor cosmetic updates - such as the mainsail, lazy bag, and cabin upholstery - would bring her fully back to top shape.
Conclusion
In short, a sturdy, seaworthy, and charming cruiser - well maintained, well equipped, and ready for her next adventures. These boat details are subject to contract.
