Very well looked after Alpha 35 built by Simpsons Boatyard of Stalham where she has recently undergone various quality upgrades including her floors and galley area.
She has a new full size cooker, New Fridge/Freezer, Warm air heating in 2 zones , 2 heads and a "Hip Bath" in the fwd en suite.
There is a winter cover in Blue over the GRP sliding wheelhouse along with new fore and aft covers and an "all over" cover.
Presented in lovely condition she a BSC which expires in Sept 2025
Recent upgrades include upholstery and curtains along with new
Solar panel
LED Lighting upgrades
Alternator, Water pump and raw water impeller. stern gland re packed.
She was last out of the water in 2019 when she was polished and anti fouled.
The river licence is paid until March 2022 and the Mooring until November 2021 at Stalham.
The engine was last serviced in 2020.
