Nic Parton set a fair and realistic price for my boat and was thorough in producing a list of her details and specifications. The boat sold for just under the asking price, which I was pleased with. The boat was under offer in less than 3 months from listing. Nic attended the sea trials with the purchaser and me and was present when the boat was surveyed ready to wrap up the deal so the purchasers could take her away the following day. My boat was on a mid stream mooring and Nic was happy to take prospective purchasers out to her. The paperwork was all handled efficiently and the Boatshed system of uploading documents and the contract etc all worked well.

As I was looking to buy a boat for the first time in over 15 years it was reassuring to be dealing with someone so obviously honest, genuine and always available to speak with. I appreciate that he is acting on behalf of the vendor but nevertheless feel that these traits help bring buyer and seller together, which of course is the brokers job.
